Automating Project Creation & Data Collection
Kim Mancini and Leigh Dyer’s started Interior Agency (IA) with the mission of better serving their interior design clients by gathering more insightful data about their client’s needs. They choose DaveVSDave and designer extraordinaire Kittaya Treseangrat to build out the Interior Agency vision.
Kim and Leigh’s vision of creating an Interior Design service where they can provide quality design solutions for clients at a lower price required a new customer journey.
Customer surveys, automated project creation, and unique prompts based on answers customers submit were all part of the solution. Using the data collected during these processes, IA is then able to assess the customers taste, needs, and more – with much less overhead, allowing IA to deliver on quality interior design services at a lower price.
Getting great data about a project from a client is a critical first step for any interior design project. We created an online project flow and kickoff process, which enabled IA to automate the data collection. This combined with a back-end system that allows IA to view granular data as well as trends, gave them the power to achieve higher ROI and ultimately better serve their clientele.
